Who runs the site?
Fire Protection Hub is run by Meridian Safety Group Inc., whose address is 3500 South Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States. These terms apply to anyone who uses Fire Protection Hub. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
What the site is for
It explains fire codes, inspection schedules, and fire protection systems in plain language. Call or fill out the form, and your request goes to an independent fire protection contractor in your area.
Fire Protection Hub doesn't do any inspecting, installing, testing, or repair work. The contractor you talk to sets prices and conditions, and you arrange any work directly with them.
A contractor may not be free, may turn your job down, or may miss the deadline your fire marshal imposed.
Start with what the code information says
Fire codes differ by state, county, and city, and local amendments change often. What those guides, tables, state pages, and alarm questions lay out is model codes plus the rules states publish. They don't give legal advice or count as an official code ruling.
To learn what your building must follow, talk first with your local fire marshal, the AHJ (authority having jurisdiction).
The request form, calls, and texts
So the contractor gets your building's details right, calls may be recorded. When you submit the form, a single matched contractor and Fire Protection Hub have your okay to phone or text you on the number you put in the form about your request, including through automated technology. Declining this permission won't affect your ability to buy any service. Message and data rates may apply to you. Want the texts to stop? Reply STOP.
What you share about yourself and your building must be accurate, and the phone number must be one you're allowed to use.
Company names and links
Company names and logos belong to their owners. They're shown only to identify the companies. Unless a page says so, no company that Fire Protection Hub names is tied to, supports, or pays it.
For reference, links to outside sites are included. The rules on those outside sites are set by their own owners, not by us.
What you may do with the content on this site
For your own work, you can read, print, and share pages such as the inspection chart and the fire watch log sheet. You can't bulk copy, resell the content, or run automated tools that strain the site.
Limits on our liability
The site comes with no promises beyond what's written on it. Within the limits the law allows, Meridian Safety Group Inc. has no responsibility for losses that come from your use of the site, your reliance on what it says, or work done by a contractor you reached through it. Nothing in these terms takes away a right of yours that the law says cannot be waived.
Future updates and the law
